Is relationship therapy right for you?
We are all in relationships whether that be with a partner, friends, family or work colleagues… even ourselves! As we go through life we have relationships to sex, food, drink, even technology…
Relationships are not always easy, sometimes they don’t seem to make any sense, often they start off ok but end up really not working for you. Perhaps you know the changes you want to make but do not how to make them?
Psychotherapy can help individuals and couples with relationship and sexual problems. My focus is to work together to build an understanding of your life, the changes you want and develop these skills to make the difference.
